Did you know that our hotel bears the name of Klaus’s mother, Gemma? In her spirit, we continue to run our family establishment with great dedication. Built in 1961 as a small bed and breakfast, the Peter family has continued to develop the hotel over the years. Step by step, Hotel Gemma grew to become an adults-only hotel – with a small and charming wellness area and excellent cuisine.

Our hotel’s family tradition is both a commitment and a challenge, which is why we do everything in our power to make sustainable decisions. Part of this also means that we cater exclusively to the needs of adults. We operate a quality-oriented, family-run, and personal hotel and restaurant business that is characterised by respect and appreciation.
A look into the future
We never stand still and continue to gradually develop Hotel Gemma so that you can experience an incomparably beautiful holiday with us. Most recently, for example, we expanded our hotel by adding the large terrace – your sun deck in Kleinwalsertal.
